substance painter student license issue

Question

I am a student trying to renew my access for substance painter. I have verified my account and I did get a response saying that I am good to go for another year, but I still can't access it. when I go to creative cloud it says I have to request permission for substance painter; doesn't make sense if I should have already went through the steps of getting it, but whatever. When I click on it I keep getting a something went wrong message. I can't seem to get a hold of anybody not even an online chat with someone is there anyone out there who can help me?

Sorry for the delay in response, I had a lot of meetings these past days.

Have you found a solution yet? If not what exactly is CC telling you when you try to launch Substance 3D Painter? Ultimately, can you DM me the e-mail address you used for the Student licence? I'll try to take a look on my end.
