Substance Painter Will not open

i try to run the app (8.3), and it loads the printer with the brush and just immediately crashes after that. it is impossible for me to even be able to actually experience it. all i do is open it whether that be from the files, the start menu or the desktop app thing. im running windows 11.

Would you mind sharing your log (help > export log…) or under:

 

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter

 

So I may take a deeper look? Also, do you have multiple screens? If so, I'd advise you to try opening the soft with only one display activated to check if something changes.

the actual software isn't opening up, all it is doing is showing the in the loading box and just shuts down, this is a first time install, i don't even have appdata folder under users-[username]. https://gyazo.com/a81cbf6b15e9227b62b7a8fd2fbd5763, this is the only thing that loads.
