Substance subscription renewal

I was lead to believe that I would need to start a new Substance 3D Painter subscription to replace my current Indie Licence but my current subscription has continued and charged for another year.

 

Has anyone else had this and does anyone know whay I can do to get the subscription switched to the new plan?

We're still allowing several months for users to transition, but you can scroll a bit on the homepage here to see the instructions to switch your subscription: Substance becomes Adobe Substance 3D.
