Texture distorted

When I use an imported image (for example, a logo), it appears distorted, stretched upwards. With library images this does not happen. What am I doing wrong? Thank you

Most of the library textures are set up in a square format, was your imported image square? If not, turn off UV Wrap, unlink the tiling (lock symbol)  and adjust the vertical or horizontal value to correct the distortion
