The fans are spinning at 4000 RPM.

While previewing a model in the Substance Painter viewport, the fans on my GPU suddenly ramp up to around 4000 RPM. The GPU load becomes very high, but this issue never happened before.

This problem started after I lubricated the fans on my graphics card.

It seems I found a solution: all the projects I opened that caused this problem were very old and had been migrated through several versions. But when I opened a sample and a more recent project, the problem disappeared.
