Thanks for the question.

 

An HD 400 Intel GPU is unfortunately under the minimum spec for running properly Substance 3D Painter. You can find the hardware requirement on this page.

 

For the Substance Painter version, we are currently at the 9.0 and as long as you have a the Creative Cloud version, you can roll back to 5.3.2
