Is it possible to correctly tile a texture on UVs that exceed 0-1 space? Textures distort outside this boundry from what I've tried.

Hello @filipp24268579,

Thank you for the question.

A UV shell exceeding its UV Tile won't distort the texturing. It will simply take the info from the Tile 0-1.

As instance, if y a UV shell is slighly spilling from tile 0-1 to tile 0-2, it will use the texturing info from 0-1.

To be honest, I don't see a reason to have UV shells in between several UV tiles and I personally advise you to find a different solution. It's even forbidden when working with UV tile Workflow.

Best regards,

Thanks for the answer Cyril. I'm trying to make trimsheets using Painter and UV Shells exceeding the 0-1 space do tile but have these weird bleeds where UV Shells overlap. Is this a limitation of Painter? I don't use baking for this specific purpose.
