Trouble Redeeming Substance 3D Student edition

Question

I recently got verified for a 12 month student license for Substance 3D, and can't get it to work. I redeemed the code, but can't use substance without paying. When i try to use the code again, but it says that it's already been redeemed.

Log-in with your Adobe ID & password below to confirm your account's status.https://account.adobe.com/plans 1. Launch Creative Cloud Desktop App.2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."3. Click on your Avatar again.4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.5. Close all apps.6. Restart your computer.7. Open CC Desktop app.8. Click your Avatar.9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password. Post back if you need more help.
