Unable to download Substance 3D painter 9.0

Im unable to update to version 9.0. I check the all changes link and it states that it was "Release date: 2023/06/20". I checked on the updates for Creative Cloud Desktop and it shows no new updates for Substance 3D Painter. When I checked for other verions it currently shows me 8.3.1 and older versions. I am also running into the same issue with Substance 3D designer for version 13.0. How do I go about resolving this issue?

"Yes ive tried to uninstall and reinstall creative cloud and the apps"

Adobe many times ships releases in a phased manner across the globe so it could be the case and the update might not be live at your location. The other thing could be your computer not meeting the system requirements for version 9 of the software. Check the following link

My hardware meets the requirements and i work on multiple machines in the same location (home office and classroom). Still i can't update on the machine in the classroom. Any other suggestions?

Hi @cyberhirsch,

The issue you're facing is different. The project you're trying to open was built with a different version than the one installed on the current machine. Unfortunately, you can't load a project from a newer version with an older version.

E.g. you can't open a 9.0 project with a 8.2 Substance Painter.

Therefore, make sure Substance 3D Painter is updated on all your machines, or at least make sure to work with the same versions.

Best regards,
