"Unsupported by Shader" What does it mean?

Lookign to add Specular map in my general asset chair. But i found that it is under "Unsupported by Shader".

what does it mean?

It is just a warning, and means that the shader you are using to preview the material on the model does not make use of the specular channel.

You can change shader in the Shader Settings window.
