Why don't I have a setting window for universal parameter synchronization?

I don't have an icon like a chain.

Thanks for the message.

The feature should work in 9.0.

When not activated, the chain icon isn't shown. You have to pass the cursor on top of the baking channel in order to select the sync setting.
