why my model can't read paint area

Hi, all!

I have a question about how to fill paint.

As a beginner user, I want to get an advice from all substance 3d user.

 

I am under a problem which my model is not able to read paint area.

Do I have to set something before importing 3d data?

or....

what is the reason.....T.T??

Please,,, help my problem..

Correct answer davescm

You have one material but your model is unwrapped with the UVs overlapping. You need to step back and sort out the unwrapping before painting in Substance Painter.
