World Space Normals are completely off, how to fix this?

Hello, my world space normals are completely off when baking. I have no idea what might be causing this issue. 

I am currently using Maya to model and UV

Exporting as FBX file

    Hello, I have figured it out. Turns out I haven't been selecting the UDIM setting when creating the file. Apologies.

    Do you have overlapping UVs? Can you show me a screenshot of your UVs?

    Couldn't find how to view all my UVs in substance but here is them in maya.

    I’ve checked for overlapping UVs and there is none so I'm not sure what's the issue.
