Adobe has nothing that could make that model as Fuse and Photoshop have now both been dropped from 3D lineup

when you say 'do' this is unclear if you want to make the model itself or just add the artwork;

• Dimension can add the artwork but is finished now so unless you want to pay extra for Stager I'd move on to Iclone, Blender or Wrap
• if you want to build the actual model I'd recommend Blender but Adobe Stock has lots of these for sale or you could buy Iclone ones
