Dear Adobe Customer Support,
I am writing to seek further assistance with a technical issue I have been experiencing in Adobe Dimension. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately, none of them have resolved the issue.
The problem I am facing is that I am unable to open the file that I submitted. Whenever I try to open it, I receive an error message that says, "a problem caused the application to stop working correctly." Additionally, I have been unable to render the file, which I believe is related to the initial issue of not being able to open it.
I kindly request your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
