Account Log In

I'm attempting to publish a 3D scene to a public link so my boss can view the project without having to download Dimension. It wasn't able to complete the upload and I think it's because Dimension believes I'm not logged in. I'm logged in on the Creative Cloud desktop application and tried re-installing the application to see if that would fix it. I'm not having this issue in any other Adobe application.
