Adobe Dimension 點擊新檔案一直轉圈圈無法開啟

下載更新新的Adobe Dimenision後，開啟新增檔案，一直轉圈圈（至少30min以上）；也試著照著無法開啟的步驟，關閉電腦後重新開啟，卸載Dimension再重裝，還是無法開啟.....

 

大家有遇過一樣的狀況嗎


（有試過照下面的步驟重開但還是一樣）
