Adobe Dimension

Buenas noches, a la hora de abrir adobe dimensión y poner un objeto la mesa de trabajo queda completamente negra y no se ve nada que puedo hacer?

the screengrab shows the UI has failed to load yes
it also shows you have a sync issue... is this file in something like Google drive?
is it only that one Dn file that will not open or Dimension fails to even open a blank, new file?
