Adobe Dimension Canvas Screen Flicker - Boot Camp Macbook Pro 16' 5700 xt - Help request

Since the recent update.  I am having trouble opening demensions without the canvas screen flickering.  Been working on it for about 6 hours.  Please help.  This post below has the exact video that my machine is experiencing.  I understand that bootcamp and version 1903.30 may cause problems.  But it was working fine.  But i updated it today and then this happened.

Updated graphics drivers to current - 5700xt 

updated cpu drivers to current - 9880H

2019 16 Macbook Pro - Windows Bootcamp 1903.30
