Adobe Dimension CC Crashes

Please Help!

I recently downloaded the Adobe Deminsion CC program. It launches fine, and I can open a new document, but the moment I try to do something the application gives an error and needs to close.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (re-download through CC app) the application but to no avail.

Hi,

Check your event viewer to see if you have some errors related to Dimension and check the faulting module on these errors .

    Hi Arij2010

    Thank you for the response. I went into Event Viewer and (after a bit of searching) found that my graphics card was giving the problem. So I downloaded the newest drivers for it, and this seems to have fixed the problem.

    Thank you for getting me on the right track to fix the problem.
