ADOBE DIMENSION DECAL ISSUE

Hi Adobe Community,

I have recently created a 3d model of a tumbler and placed an image as decal but I noticed not matter how much I try to scale the image it shows a strange trail. Have a look at the model link as an example:

I am not sure if there is a bug in the software.
