Adobe Dimension file won't load 100%

Hi, 

I am having trouble with my Adobe Dimension file. The file should work fine. I have tried restarting my computer, updating software on my computer. I am running Mac OS Sequoia 15.5 with an M3 chip and 8G.

I am using v 4.1.2 of Adobe Dimension. I have tried earlier versions as well and having the same issue. The file ended up freezing and I had already saved it and had to force close the program. The file opens, but my models never fully loads. It seems to get stuck on "applying displacement 62%" and then switches to "loading" but then stops and leaves a grey screen where the models should be. I am able to toggle the materials and lighting etc. I can even switch to rendering, but nothing will render. It's like it's almost there but cant make it 100% Any ideas on how I can fix this? Do I need more power to get things to load? Why is it struggling? Thank you in advance for any suggestions or help!
