Adobe Dimension Imported models and default models won't open

Based on the Subject line Dimension when opened,

I import the FBX model from 3ds Max then once I do the model won't show, whether the drop down list on the right "eye" is on or off.

does it show up in the item list as being placed or just not the actual canvas?

It's the same with the default models in the software.

did default models show before you imput this Fbx or never did and the Fbx has nothing to do with it?

in any event please share the files and I'll test them for you
