Adobe Dimension is not opening - Windows

I've just recently updated my adobe dimension to v3.3 and after that, it's not working properly, as soon it launches, it tells me

"Check Creative Cloud Status

Use the Creative Cloud application to sign in, begin a trial, or purchase Dimension. Learn more about the requirements.

Dimension will now close "

I have already Login to Creative Cloud, All other apps are working but dimension is kept closing.

your system is blocking the 'call home' service or [more offen] Adobe server at the other end just isn't running correct
