ADOBE DIMENSION KEEPS CRASHING TO GREY SCREEN

Crashes every day, several times a day to a grey screen, sometimes if I go for lunch and have left adobe dimension open not doing anything it will still crash to grey screen. All I can do is force quite and re-open.

 

Any ideas? It started doing this about a month ago, I have used Dimension on this mac since 2018 with no problems.

 

Spec:

macOS Big Sure Version 11.6.5

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)

CPU: 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

RAM: 32GB Ram

GPU: Radeon Pro 570 4GB

I rolled back to 3.4.4 still happens now and then but a lot less than than when I was using latest version

excuse the ignorance but what does that mean? I rolled back to 3.4.4?

So rolling back to 3.4.4 seem to be working and has been stable for 2 days.

I assume something with video card. Do you have any problem with GPU? Do your CPU have integrated vido card. If yes can you test with that integrated card? Thanks

No problems with GPU, its doing this everyday now.
