Question

Adobe Dimension Render ALWAYS stops at 50% and hangs...

Hi,

I am trying to render out my very first adobe dimension file. It is 1080X1000, only 18.7MB. Gets to 50% then just hangs... This has happened on the same file each attempt. Can anyone tell me what I can try to do to fix this issue, please?

Also as I was posting this, I tried to attach the .dn file I am speaking about and adobe gave me this error:

The attachment's epscene.dn content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed. What does this mean??

Thanks

yes Adobe lied about being able to send dn files on this forum... the truth is forum staff don't talk to Dimension staff and so nothing actually works correct

  • to share your Dn file (which we do need) first zip it
  • open the local creative folder (see image 1) and place the zip file in there... you can add it to a fold like Dimension or just have it on its own... that should take a min or two to sync up to the internet
  • then open the web interface (see image 2) and set the file to share i.e, add a link which you can then post here

please note only zip works not 7z or any of the other common file types... Adobe is 12 years behind after all

I assume the issue is lack of Ram at your end so once you share the file for testing it should be fine at my end 😉
