Adobe Dimension render issue

Hello everyone, I hope someone has some insight to my issue. I need to render a large image, and no matter what I do, the render always comes out at 1024x768 px (which is the dimensions default). My canvas is set at 10000px x 5000px at 600dpi.  When I go to open in Photoshop no matter what, the canvas size of my rendering is stuck at 1024x768 px. The dpi is correct at 600, but the image is tiny. I've updated my version of Dimension to the latest version, thinking it was a bug, but no luck. Has anyone else had these issue? It's super frustrating...
