Black view port when open dimension file

When I open an new file, dimension told me to restart. If I open the old file, it is black in the view port and can't see any models. I even remove the app and reinstall the app, still the same. Cound you help me on this?

    Hi, Thanks for your kindfull information. I had tried the all the methods from the link. my demension is still not working. I also tried to remove the app, re-installed the previous verion, still not working. Is there any other way to resolve this problem? TKS!
