Black/white screen dimension

Hi, i have a problem with adobe dimension.
When i start everything looks good but when i want create new or open another file there are only black screen. I cant see object and background.

Win10 home, 64bit

Intel i5 4200H

Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M

given the crappy system specs and the lack of a task bar I would assume Ram or some kind of V-box... the 860M is a solid chip so it may not be a total loss
