Blurry UI

Hi all,

I just started using Dimension CC today, but the UI is all blurry.. See the picture:

I do not know if this is used for less cpu/gpu usage, but its bothering me a lot.

When I hover my mouse it is coming out clear for a split second..

My laptop specs:

Intel i7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz

16GB DDR4 RAM

Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB

And my screen is a 15,6'', Full HD 1080p screen.

I hope someone knows the answer
