Why would you assume that? Do you know his system? Adobe products are rushed and very broken in the latest update, it's genuine problem that I am having too.

I was able to render that specific file at a low quality and have since moved on. I haven't had issues with freezing since.

I have noticed this since the update, brought my entire PC down the first time. Did you find a fix or is it simply more poorly designed product from Adobe and we're helpless?
