I have a box object on the scene, and placed a logo (.ai vector) on the object as graphic. Material applied to the box is Cardboard. But i need to apply Gold material to the logo. How can i do something like that?

You can't apply material to decal. You can change opacity, roughtness ans material properties and you can add textures to that properties clicking on small icons near to slider. But you can edit decal image in Ps and make it look like gold.

p.s, while you can't apply material to graphics you can of course do it the other way around and apply a graphic to the material

this is sort of what happens when you apply an image as fill instead of decal

you can build the logo as a different part (give it gold material) and then add your graphic... that is how I would make it
