Can't activate Dimension?

The log is attached.

The dimension app cannot work. As long as I tried to activate the app, it crashed and showed the warning message. I have uninstalled the app and reinstall. However the issue still remains. 

Could anyone help ? Thank you,

Problem can be a GPU as for min requirement Dn need 

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super

NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000

AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

AMD Radeon Pro W5700

Thanks for sending log file. Dimension's new minor update are available today with some bug fixes. Are you on fresh version? Also what is your hardware and GPU?

My version is 4.1.2 and the VGA is GTX 1050.
