Hi, When I create new workplace for my first time, error window said me "application restart needed"here is my log

My GPU is NVIdia GeForce RTX 5070 12GB, and my CPU is intel Core i7_14700F

It must work with this hardware. Did you try to reinstall Dn? Try to see if something changes if you change from GPU Game Driver to Studio Driver or vs?
