can't open adobe dimension

hello everybody,

i downloaded many versions of adobe dimension , everytime i try to open the app it crashes and gives the grey screen , i tried so many solutions without any benefits

i attached a ascreenshot of my laptop specs & also the screen of adobe dimension

would appreciate your help
