Can't open ANYTHING in Adobe Dimension!!!

What happened? It's been a month and absolutely nothing will open in Dimenions. I can't create a new project, I can't open a previous project and ALL of my mockups are just useless now. This is sooooooo frustrating. It just stays on the load screen and spins on all of my machines.

I have the same problem on my Mac Mini M2 chip, its been few months, none of the versions work. Stuck on loop for hours

Are you able to use previous version? You can roll back to previous versions in CC by clicking on 3 dots on  the right to Dimension and use Other versions.
