Cannot access the prerelease Dn site?

I get an error message "Bad Gateway", error code 502, Cloudflare Location: Seattle whenever I try to access the prerelease site. If someone could please check this out and let me know what is happening would greatly appreciate.

    that error tends to just mean the network timed out...
