Cannot import model from another .dn file into scene

This has been posted by someone else but with no reply. This is literally stopping me from finishing work for clients. I've attached the error log.

Did you importing Dn file or exported object (obj etc)? If it has been created with previous version and you are importing into Dn 4.0 that can be a reason
