Cant open a new project or open existing

Question

Hi there,

Since the big sur update, im not able to open dimensions consistantly. Its about 1 out of 20 tries and that one is ususually after i uninstall dimension and reinstall the previous version.

Any idea how I can adress this? We rely heavily on dimension in our brand and could really use a fix.

imac 5k 2017

i7 4.2Ghz

40GB memory

Radeon Pro 575 4GB

Installed on a SSD. I've tried both local and external and same issue.

Hi @JeanetteMathews is this issue something on your radar? This is now also intermittently happening with the older version of dimension as well. When it does work, I can see the warning over the cloud saying that I am not signed in if that has anything to do with it.
