Cloudy plastic / Diffusion

Hello Community. 

I'm new to Dimension. I'm doing some package design. Can anyone tell me how to make a diffused/cloudy plastic as this one? I searched adobe stock, and found some translucent plastic, but I can't make it diffuse. Thanks in advance.
