Create new file problem

the program opens, but when I click on the create new button, there is a long download and the program does not open.

the rndor looks ok so I would assume a codex error as what should happen is a pop up vid from marketing telling you how great Dimension is... try ending the task from task manager, restart your system and run the CC app in the background for at least a min before you open Dimension again
