Creative cloud sign in error

Hi there, im trying to use adobe dimension and it keeps coming up with sign into creative cloud, ive uninstalled creative cloud and dimensions 3x now. Any ideas? im a uni student and have to use this often.

so to be clear, do you in fact have creative cloud app installed and running on this machine before you try to open Dimension?

most uni systems use a proxy server so are you having this issue running the software from home or only at the campus?

Instead of uninstall/reinstall the application, have you tried to log out / log in ? (Yes, you should have to be appropriately logged in to be able to install the application, but your cached login sounds like it is the thing having "sign in" errors)
