Decal doing weird things on a bucket

Hello,

I've seen a lot of decal posts and have tried to make mine work from their solutions but just cannot.

The decal, regardless of size, repeats on back, come in upside down sometimes and if I enlarge to represent real size i get it repeating on front. (It is decal, not a fill)

I've used .ai and bitmap and same results.

I have generated UV's in Dimension and I can't figure it out.

I am somewhat new to Dimension, but not Adobe PS or AI.
