Decal not appearing on model but does appear on the sidebar

Hello everyone, 
I'm using 2 preloaded models for this image. The decal works fine on the "Beverage Can" but doesn't appear on the "Beverage Can with Condensation". Any advice on this issue would be helpful. Thank you!
