I'm not sure what you really want so I'll give you two options with the pitfalls;

  1. I use Photoshop and you say you want the end result to look like that photo... I would build the bottle in Photoshop and put the decal dirrect on the glass but then you have to build a fill [assuming you want one] and you have to make sure your glass is smooth which i have not done in this example to show how a ruff glass distorts the labels
  2. your bottle is smooth [thats good] but you have an image as the colour [thats going to show up in the rendors] and your UV is back the front which makes the decal also rendor back the front... a simple enought fix is to flip the decal which i show
