Depth of field bug

I have set up depth of feild on my final camera setup in this scene. I have it turned on, and the focus point selected. I have rendered multiple times, both on hardware, and in the cloud. All the renderes did not have the depth of field turned on. Any help?

Here is scene created as test. As you can see it works for second object but not on background image. 

Did you have created all your items in Dn or they are in background image? If yes which ones?
