Dimension 2024, Cannot exit on Windows with using the Task Manager

Can you fix this issue or is this a feature? I cannot exit Adobe Dimension 2024 without using the Task Manager. I've posted a screenshot but I'll post a video shortly.

    When you first start Adobe software, do you prevent exiting to force the user to interact with the product? 

    I was about to recreate the error but it took me two tries this time. The first time I was about to exit but second time the exit was delayed a long time.
