Dimension 4.1.1 Mac Canvas size?

I was familiar with previous versions of Dimension but in 4.1.1 (Mac) I can't find a Properties setting or Canvas size anywhere. I want to render an image at a much higher resolution and the Render controls don't allow 300 or 600dpi. Can some kind bod point me in the right direction please?
