Dimension app closes down after one minute

All my Adobe CC apps are up to date, trying to use a spare laptop to render out a drawing, but Dimension will not stay open

a spare laptop will count as one extra system i.e, you have to close Adobe account from one of the old systems first or the CC cloud detects [and kicks] you on too many systems... it does this without letting you know why of course because bubble 1 doesn't talk to bubble 2
