    What errors did you see when trying to use Dimension? I am running Dimension under much lower specs than you. There are some Windows issues that can come up that aren't really to do with Dimension in particular, and those could be fixed.

    hi Colin, when Dimension fails to start you don't get any errors in the log because it needs to be running first to do that. there will be an event listed in Windows log that says exception [such and such] and that translates as Dimension turned itself off... yes Window issues can be fixed but we don't know the reason Dimension does this because the exact steps it trys to run at boot are a secret

    I'll do some tests under Windows 10. If you're at MAX, we should meet up!

    sounds like a long running bug that the dev team says was fixed... your GTX 1050 Ti is well above the cut off so imo the best way forward is to post a bug report at the https://feedback.adobedimension.com/

    and then uninstall Dimension and try the prerelease build instead... I don't see any better options mate

    I comfirm your hardware is above the min specs as posted https://helpx.adobe.com/au/dimension/system-requirements.html

    i would test ;

    the amount of Vram is 512 or above

    the best way to find this run a dxdiag... yes vram is fake but the dev team are mostly Mac users

    are you running multi displays? old software that turns mac [any apple] screens into 2nd display will offen skip givng them Vram... try removing these until you get it to load

    screen shots of what you get at your end would help

    another major block is the tutorial vid which offen doesn't run because people don't have a codex for it... is Dimension loading up at all?

    I have 4018 mb of display memory. Dimension doesn't start up. In task manager it pops up for a second and disappears.
